These are my two main suggestions for small bathrooms and small kitchens. To ventilate the area, use lots of whites and install an exhaust fan. These are just a few of the basic kitchen remodelling tips I recommend.
1. As much light as possible into your kitchen. High-height rectangular windows that are positioned close to the ceiling and hung up high can make the most of the wall space. This will allow for natural light to enter the room. Skylights are also an option to replace large windows that cannot be installed.
2. If cabinets are not an option, consider shelving or shelving units. You can visually make your kitchen appear larger because shelves are open spaces. However, you can't just throw stuff into a cabinet and then close it.
3. A smaller single-bowl kitchen sink is recommended. There is no rule that says you must install a large kitchen basin sink. You can find smaller single-bowl kitchen sinks that are just as good and will save you space. Apron-front sinks or farmer's sinks are a great option for small kitchens.
Three Ways to Make a Smart Bathroom
Smart bathrooms are now part of the new era of smart homes. Even though the bathroom may not be the first place guests visit, there are many cool tech things you can do.
We will be exploring three different ways to make a smart bathroom.
Shower with Tunes
Do you love to sing in your shower? We have the right device for you. We are well-known for their high-end bath hardware and kitchenware, but this year we released a new showerhead that will make your smart home feel even more luxurious.
Our showerheads feature a built-in speaker. It can sync to your device up to 10 meters away. It's now easier than ever to listen to your favourite tunes while you get motivated for work, or take a call.
The showerhead features a silicone spray face and 60 nozzles to reduce water consumption. It is available in two models: 8 litres/minute or 10 Liters/minute. You can also remove the speaker to charge outside of your shower. We can install your new showerhead or offer other plumbing services if needed.
Toilets with Touchless Technology
Are you afraid of germs and touching your toilet? The sensor in touchless toilets allows you to flush your toilet by simply waving your hand. They look very similar to regular toilets, with an exception of the advanced flushing system.
The motion sensor used to activate touchless flushes detects a hand waving from 5cm above the tank. Bathroom surfaces are notorious for collecting germs and bacteria. Any opportunity to minimize direct contact should be appreciated. Self-flushing toilets have another advantage: they can be used to bail you out in the event that you forget to flush.
You will also save water by not having to flush multiple times. Your new touchless toilet will remove all your waste in one flush.
Smart Mirrors
Have you ever wished your mirror could talk back to you? There are many products that can meet your needs. Mirrors can be fitted with touch controls or Amazon Alexa, which will allow you to speak your commands to it.
Many people find the idea of Alexa entering the bathroom scary. However, Alexa's hands-free voice control technology is most effective in the bathroom.
It is convenient to be able to request your favourite song while you are showering or to add to your shopping cart while shaving. Mirrors are often equipped with two vertical LEDs and a nightlight function. The nightlight activates when someone walks in front of it.
These guides include step-by-step instructions and well-illustrated guides that show you how to mount, wire, and centre your mirror. To wire or install the mirror, you will need to be a licensed electrician.
